Google lent the Pixel 3 for 7 magazine covers, and got Annie Leibovitz to ditch her iPhone

Say what you will about glossy magazines in 2018, but we are used to associating them with top-notch photography chops, endless hours in a well-lit studio with professional cameras, and celebrity portrait shots galore.

This may be precisely why Google decided to showcase the new Pixel 3 and 3 XL camera by partnering with the photography giants from Condé Nast. The publishing juggernaut has issued what is likely its largest ever synchronized magazine cover campaign.
