Google keeps the Pixel 2 XL around at a $150 discount, Pixel 2 price unchanged

When Apple unveiled the iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR, last year’s iPhone X was immediately discontinued, along with a couple of older devices. Last week, Verizon ominously halted Pixel 2 sales, but while all your attention might be directed at the hot new Pixel 3 and 3 XL, it’s worth highlighting the two’s predecessors are still around.

Interestingly, the smaller Pixel 2 continues to fetch $649 and up over at the US Google Store, with the Pixel 2 XL naturally marked down from its original list price of $849 to $699. Keep in mind the Pixel 3 starts at $799, leaving just enough space for both ...
