Google Fi pushes back Hangouts shutdown by two months

As some of you using Hangouts probably know by now, that it will phase out the messaging service on Fi, so MVNO subscribers should try to switch to Messages as quickly as possible.

When the announcement went live late last year, gave Fi subscribers about two months to switch to Messages. Now that deadline has been pushed back to give Google Fi subscribers more time to make the switch, reports.
