Dell’s latest device recognizes that there’s a surge in demand for inexpensive Chromebooks as many kids and teachers switch to virtual learning environments. The Chromebook 3100 from Dell is about as entry-level as it gets with its small display, huge bezels and black all-plastic build. There’s an integrated webcam and spill-resistant keyboard.
