All that glitters isn't Gold for Apple iPhone 11 Pro buyers

We are now more than a day into 2019 Apple iPhone pre-order period and a curious pattern is developing. Either Apple produced more iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max models in Gold anticipating heavier demand, or the public is just not excited about owning an iPhone in that color anymore. If you're looking to pre-order an iPhone in the U.S., your best bet appears to be with the Gold models, many of which will ship in a week compared to 2 to 3 weeks for most of the other options.
