Android Q beta wants your input to make it better

There has been evidence that the Android Q beta could hit any day now (although history would imply that the Android Q beta won't drop until Google I/O in May) but regardless of when the beta update is released, we're getting a bit more info on some new changes expected to be bundled in the update.
