Samsung Galaxy S10e Announced with 5.8″ Display & Dual Rear Cameras

Samsung has launched its S10e along with its flagship models Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus. Since this is not a high-end device, we can expect a few downgraded specs from the flagship models and will sit at the bottom of the chart in the Galaxy S10 family. The handset will come in Prism White, Prism Black, Prism Blue, Prism Gree, Flamingo Pink, and Canary Yellow color options.

The Galaxy S10e comes with a 5.8-inch Full HD+ Flat Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O Display and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, there is a powerful Snapdragon 855 SoC or Samsungs own Exynos 9820 Processor depending on the region. Out of the box, it will be running on the latest Android Pie operating system based on OneUI and will get further updates when available.

The handset will be available in 6GB / 8GB RAM with 128GB/256GB UFS 2.1 storage option, which could be further extended up to 512GB via MicroSD card slot. The handset features a secondary Hybrid SIM slot and is IP68 rated for Water and dust resistance. On the front, there is a 10MP Dual Pixel front-facing camera with 80-degree wide-angle lens and while on the rear, we can find a 12MP Dual Pixels rear camera with LED flash and a 16MP ultra wide sensor.

The device boasts a fingerprint sensor on the side and comes with a 3100mAh battery with fast charging for both wired and wireless. The device is priced at $749.99 (approx.Rs. 53,00 ) for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version, and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs $849.99 (approx. Rs. 60,000). The pre-order for this handset will start from 21st of February in the US while it will go on sale from March 8th in selected countries. It will go for pre-order in India starting 10 AM via Flipkart.
