LG G8 ThinQ Renders Leaked Online, to Launch at MWC 2019

LG G8 ThinQ is already confirmed to be announced in Barcelona at the MWC 2019 without any touch functions. Now we have few images renders of the LG G8 ThinQ along with 360-degree video have been spotted online. Nothing is confirmed about the specifications of the handset yet but there have been rumors about LG’s plans to experiment with Sound on Display technology.

From the leaked images, we can see that LG has provided the handset with dual rear cameras that are placed horizontally but nothing is known about the sensors that have been provided on it. There is also a LED flash on the rear along with a fingerprint scanner and the G8 ThinQ branding and LG logo below the fingerprint sensor. The device comes with a metal body and curves around the edges.

LG has also provided a notch on the front which will be hosting the camera sensor and other sensors. On the left of the device, we can see the volume rockers and below it, we can also find a button to launch the Google Assistant. On the other side, there is the power button and under it, LG has placed a SIM card tray. According to the earlier CAD renders, the LG G8 ThinQ is said to be having a 3.5mm audio jack and a single speaker on the bottom.

The LG G7 ThinQ was DTS-certified BoomboxSpeaker technology that gave pretty good sound and we can expect similar technology to be used on the upcoming flagship device from LG. Well, we need to wait for few more days for the device to be unveiled and we can expect more and more leaks to be coming in the next few days as the MWC 2019 is coming close.
