Windows-based Samsung Galaxy Book 2 inches closer to release, proving tablets are still hot

Tablets aren’t exactly making a comeback, at least according to the latest Strategy Analytics global shipment report, although companies like Apple, Huawei, and Microsoft have had no problem boosting their Q2 figures on the back of iOS, Android, and Windows devices respectively.

But even though Samsung maintains one of the richest, most diverse tablet portfolios around, its numbers have been steadily declining lately, a trend the chaebol is looking to reverse after the recent launch of the powerful and versatile Galaxy Tab S4.
