Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge catches on fire after freezing and then shutting down
Earlier this month, a Long Island real estate agent's brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 caught fire. The phone reportedly released thick smoke into the air just after it made a "whistling and screeching sound." This brought back memories of the twice recalled Samsung Galaxy Note 7, which was permanently removed from the marketplace after several units exploded or caught on fire two years ago.
