Dispute over Face ID turns violent as viral video shows female Apple rep getting hit in the face

A 23-year old Thai man by the name of Kritpan Kitjit has been charged with Bodily Harm after he punched an Apple saleswoman in the face at a Studio7 store in Bangkok. The employee, 30-year-old Saijai Trinech, was approached by Kitjit who requested a new Apple iPhone X after claiming that the Face ID feature wasn't working on his unit.
